3. Payment Terms

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Partial refund within 14 days of course start
  • No refund after course commencement

Participants must:

  • Food-related illnesses
  • Damage to personal property
  • Interruption of services

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
